First time I rocked into pilates twice in one week. That’s right, Monday afternoon and now Wednesday morning is pilates time. Looking forward to increasing body awareness, body tension, and control for upping my climbing ante. So siked to be starting to increase the workout volume after catching back up after a month or two off in the doldrums with this cannot be kicked injury problem. Also, an MRI to see what’s really going on in this foot of mine may mean some answers!
